How do I return an item?


Please contact customer service on chat, email or by phone using the details below to request a refund.

When contacting TeraGanix regarding your refund, please provide your order number and which items you wish to return or replace.

 

Refund/Return Policy*: 

Return shipping from anywhere in the United States is always FREE. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from TeraGanix, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. TeraGanix offers a number of easy return options, including emailing a return label and more (subject to availability).

Refunds for damaged products will be issued if TeraGanix is notified within 48 hrs of the product’s delivery to allow us to place a claim against the shipping provider. If a package arrives leaking or the outer packaging looks beaten, refuse delivery so the shipper can return it, notify us to be able to replace the product, and refund us in a timely manner.

When contacting TeraGanix on your requested refund, please provide your order number and which items you wish to return or replace.

Once we process your refund, TeraGanix will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
